Who publishes this
Cameron Doyle (“I”, “we”) publishes The Shark Tunnel Guide, P.O. Box 418, Station Adelaide, Toronto, ON M5C 2J5, Canada, [email protected]. Personal planning notes. Not a company selling admission. Not an official exhibit page.
No admission, no payment
This website is an independent planning guide, not affiliated with any aquarium or its operator.
Nothing here is an offer of admission, a reservation, a voucher, or a contract. No deposits. No timed-entry inventory. No card processing. Admission is the operator’s problem, on their channels.
If you came from an advertisement, these terms still apply. An ad is not a ticket.
The notes
Personal judgement from thirty years in public tanks. Programs change. Windows fill. Galleries close for cleaning. I am careful and I am still a person with a notebook. Check the operator if a fact would change your day. Photographs show comparable habitats; they are not a promise of a quiet tunnel on your date.
We are not employed by, sponsored by, or commercially arranged with any exhibit operator. Place names are geographic. Do not treat this guide as the operator’s voice.
Use
Read the pages, link to them, quote short passages with attribution to The Shark Tunnel Guide and a link to the source. Do not:
- copy the site as yours, or scrape it to train a commercial product without permission;
- present these pages as an official publication of the exhibit;
- use the mail address for malware, bulk advertising, or other people’s personal data;
- break into the server or overload it.
Mail is for notes about this site. Abuse may be deleted without a reply. Do not send payment details or files you expect us to “fix”. Correspondence follows the Privacy Policy.
Copyright and limits
Text is © 2026 Cameron Doyle except where another credit is given. Photographs are used under licences that permit reuse (including Wikimedia Commons); captions credit the photographer. Third-party marks and buildings remain theirs.
The guide is provided as it stands. To the extent Ontario and Canadian law allow, we exclude liability for loss from relying on these notes — a missed window, a closed gallery, weather, or a choice to walk the tube or skip the shop. We do not warrant uninterrupted service.
Outbound links are convenience. We are not responsible for their content, uptime, or privacy practices.
Law
These terms follow the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek an injunction elsewhere if someone copies the site. If one sentence falls, the rest remain.
A new version is published on this page. The date above is the version you are reading.
